Terms of Service
COMMISSION & PAYMENT1. We retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.2. Please include relevant genre choices and reference tracks if possible.3. By commissioning us you agree to the final product being used in our portfolio. Please let us know if you do not want this to be the case.4. We will advise of the total cost based on our pricing guide. Payments are taken through Paypal. 50% of this cost will be paid before we start the commission, and 50% before we send the final file.5. Once the first 50% is paid, we will begin working on the instrumental. We will then send an instrumental draft over to you for review. Once you are happy with it, we can continue to the mixing process.6. Requests for song changes will be treated as cancellations if we have already begun work on the instrumental. These cancellations are non-refundable and the new song request will be treated as a separate commission (including a new payment sum).7. If you have a hard deadline for the completed mix, please consult beforehand to see if we are able to meet it.DISTRIBUTION1. The prices listed on the pricing page include commercial use on Youtube ONLY.2. If you want to upload the project to other platform except Youtube such as (Spotify, ITunes, etc.) please consult us beforehand through DM or Email.3. You are responsible for obtaining the proper cover song distribution and monetisation license(s).We will not assume any responsibility for any and all legal repercussions you may face upon failure to do so.CREDITING1.
